We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

Your right to cancel (30-day return window)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your goods — well above the 14-day statutory minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, contact us at info@easybeads.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to return an item

1. Email us at info@easybeads.co.uk to let us know you'd like to return something. Include your order number and the item(s) you're returning.

2. We'll reply with return instructions, including the returns address. Please email us at info@easybeads.co.uk to obtain the returns address before sending your item.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.

4. Post it back to us using a tracked service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

You're responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty item or we've sent you the wrong thing, we'll cover the cost of the return and send you a replacement or full refund. Contact us at info@easybeads.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

Items that can't be returned

We can't accept returns on:

- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

- Personalised or custom-made items

- Items sold as clearance or "seconds"

Refunds

Once we've received your return and checked the item, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. It may take a few more days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

We'll refund to the original payment method used.
