Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the goods. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn't mean we've accepted your order. Acceptance happens when we send your dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example if we discover a pricing error or if the item is out of stock. We'll contact you and issue a full refund if this happens.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate prices, but if we discover an error after you've placed an order, we'll let you know and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Your card details are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timescales shown on our website. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as postal strikes or extreme weather.

Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to your address.

Availability

We make every effort to keep our stock information up to date. If an item is out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. You have the right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for purpose.
